Episode Three: The merchant of chaos

00:00

01:24:28

Ok so, let's talk about reckoning...

After Danni's violent outburst, Jesse wakes in a fog, desperate to love the man she fell for back into existence. He calls it dissociation, checks into a psych ward, and rewrites the story casting her as the problem. Then comes Roxi, the “supportive friend” who turns out to be something else entirely.

The lies unravel, the gaslighting deepens, and when the fog finally lifts, Jesse’s friend Wayne says the only thing left to say, run.

Trigger warning: This episode discusses emotional abuse and themes of mental illness.
